Job Summary
As a Founders Office Intern at STEMonsters Education, you will serve as a tech-savvy generalist supporting the Founder’s Office in diverse administrative and operational functions. This in-office internship offers a hands-on learning experience in an innovative, impact-driven environment, with potential for conversion to a full-time position. You will be involved in program development, marketing campaigns, event planning, research projects, and day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day project tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Conduct research to support business development, partnerships, or product development
- Draft high-quality communication — emails, proposals, presentations, reports
- Help organize and support outreach campaigns to schools and institutions
- Coordinate across internal teams for timely updates and project progress
- Analyze data from workshops, school programs, or pilot runs and present insights
- Provide general administrative support and take initiative to streamline tasks
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated tech-savviness, with proficiency in digital tools.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely as needed.
- Interest in STEM education and innovative learning methodologies.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing (preferred).
- Final year students pursuing BBA, MBA, MCA, or STEM B. Tech degrees.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets automation and data analysis.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome).
- Relevant experience in administration, research, marketing, or education is a plus.
Environment
- Work Setting: Hybrid: In-office, Monday to Friday; Online on Saturdays.
- Location: Near IIM Bangalore
Salary
- Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Internship)
